When specking the type of cuts insist on big rolls: 4’X62.5′ (250 sq ft.) 1/4 inch soil. This will give you 250 sq ft of mature sod to provide fast installation with minimal seams and allowing the shortest time from installation to usage.

Big Rolls
Big Rolls – Standard cut rolls of 250sq ft (4′ 62.5′) 1/4″ soil on tubes are rolled out with 3 point hitch laying device behind tractor.
Thick cut sod with as much as 1 3/4 inches of soil for repair Jobs. Thick cut sod enables teams to use fields in a short period of time.

Rolls of 10 sq ft (24″ x 60″ on pallets of 600 sq ft.
